Although measuring the success of your work isn’t easy, there are plenty of metrics and tools you can use to do so. What’s harder, however, is measuring the success of the people in your team - are they feeling happy, do they feel safe at work, do they want to do the work that they’re doing? And it’s not just your team, but measuring this on a personal level is challenging too. 

In this session, we’ll discuss how to measure the human side of success on your engineering teams, and how to troubleshoot if something’s not quite right.
