If we call developers “resources”, they get to call managers (us!) “overhead”.

But managers are overhead, and bad process is a tax on efficiency (and effectiveness). When process is good, it is indistinguishable from culture.

Let’s talk about a different mindset to process - process as a tool for creating change.
