Virginie is a senior product designer passionate about user research, product strategy, and agile practices. After more than 15 years in the digital industry, she decided her mission would be to help organisations, teams, and individuals to get rid of legacy systems, legacy practices, and legacy mindsets. Formerly a product designer for Pivotal Labs, she witnessed the potential of empathy and lean approach to support companies and their employees in choosing courage over comfort.

She currently works at Volkswagen Digital:Lab in Berlin.

Outside of work, Virginie enjoys long wandering walks with her camera to curate a map of all the cute dogs spotted along the way.
