In Najla's last role as a Director of Engineering at Etsy, she led product teams across several domains, including mobile, fullstack, machine learning, and adtech. Her passions lie in coaching managers and engineers to grow in alignment with themselves and the business, positioning teams in high-leverage ways, and creating community - all in service of delivering value to customers. Most recently, Najla moved to Mexico City to help open up Etsy's first office in Latin America.
