Joy is a principal engineer at Plaid and works as an Architecture Lead focusing on Plaid’s reliability and engineering platforms. She previously managed Plaid’s Core Services and International engineering teams, and was a co-founder of the Women+ ERG. Joy lives in San Francisco and spends most of her free time baking and reading.
