Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely, we take our Code of Conduct very seriously. You can read it in full here. All conference participants are expected to be respectful towards other attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff, in-person and online.

You can find reporting and enforcement processes at the link above. For reporting concerns at the event itself, the LeadDev team can be identified by pink t-shirts with ‘Organiser’ printed on the back.

Your safety and that of everyone at the event is of paramount importance and we want everyone to feel safe and secure. Whilst there are no longer general social distancing requirements in place, we do have a dedicated quiet room available, which offers space away from crowds. We also have a badge customisation system where you can let other attendees know your preferred level of social distancing through a traffic light system; red, amber and green.

The conference takes place at the Estrel Berlin Congress Center.
